An interesting fact Photo Editor Ryan Hughes brings to light is this is Snowboarder’s first photo annual ‘comprised entirely of digital photography.’ He also goes on to explain the relative ease of capturing action photos and sending them across the globe via an FTP site, the dramatic rise in photo submissions because of this and how trial and error in photography is now measured in seconds rather than days.

This year’s annual is bound with the Resort Guide, so you have no excuse in not finding a suitable location to use that new gear Santa dropped off.
